I don't know exactly how credible the theories on how Einstein learned about relativity. What I do know is Nikola Tesla has estimates ranging from 278 to 300 in confirmed patents across 26 countries. I don't see how such feats along with real technological demonstrations can be faked. Whether Einstein came up with his theories or just smart enough to learn them from someone else, Nikola Tesla is the smartest among them based on the evidence I see. Einstein was against quantum mechanics.
