It has been reported by many that there are sleeper cells in America, just waiting to create mayhem.

Is this even necessary after the border security cut the wires and brought in all sorts of potential criminals into the country. The clown world we live in has diminishing need for sleeper cells IMHO. Simply doing three felonies a day + soft on real crime (the ones with victims) has obvious and predictable outcomes.
