After returning from a walk home and going into the garden, I thought that it would be possible to introduce you to a plant that grows here and that we use as a seasoning.
It is cilantro, a very peculiar herb with a certain taste and smell.
We grow cilantro in very little, most likely for a change and to add to certain dishes. Basically, cilantro is suitable for dishes with a lot of meat and gives it a special flavor.
When growing cilantro, a lot of effort is not required, as it grows like ordinary grass and mostly needs periodic watering. Loosening and some additional processing is not required. They planted, watered and you can collect fragrant greens.
Cilantro is also rich in vitamins and minerals, but due to its particular specific taste, not many people decide to eat it fresh, although it is very good for health.
But I like cilantro, especially when cooking and it gives an amazing taste.
