it's a pity that my recent music posts were downvoted, it has become sort of a tradition for me to post a quick music post on Saturdays with mainly a link to a song, a short description of the band, a band quote, and a link to the band/artist website (if they had one) in order to support the band (the recent post did not have a band website, older band without an official website).

I don't agree that these posts are frowned upon by the community, but I agree that such quick posts can be problematic if made in an excessive, abusive way.

I usually got positive feedback by the community, and on Saturday evenings it seemed appropriate to post a lighter, quicker post for the weekend.

I am posting every day on Hive for the past 4-5 years, but I agree that those quick posts could be problematic, if done in an inappropriate, excessive way.

If these kind of quick music posts are really unwelcome on Hive, I will reconsider them, and stop posting them going forward.
