Interesting, another important difference between nostr and hive is that nostr doesnt (yet) have an automatic reward pool like hive does. Users of nostr have to manually send tips with Bitcoin Lightning to other users on a per post basis. While it's a very cool use case for Lightning, there are not so many users willing to tip other posts. Similar like on hive, reward system vs manual tips. Manual tips are also rarely used on hive.
