I meant both rules, both printing less HBD and converting less HBD to HIVE when the debt ratio gets bigger than x%. The more conservative we go (lower debt ratio), the lower the HBD induced inflation will be during a bear market. Last bear market we saw 20+% inflation of STEEM due to SBD debt, converted to STEEM.
