I think it is better to vote than not to vote. Not voting is like letting others decide for you. You can say this happens anyway, which is partly true, but with not voting nothing will ever change, thats for sure. Even Bulgaria managed to change their ruler with voting several times, which is better than having one ruler/dictator for almost half a century. Even if election is manipulated it's better to go voting, because otherwise how to prove that it was manipulated in the first place?
