I think reducing the curation reward wont solve the auto-voting bots issue and could return vote selling and other bad side effects (less incentive to stake hive). To encourage and reward manual curation, maybe something has to be done with the curation time window calculation. Auto-voting bots are voting faster than manual voters and therefore get more rewards than manual voters. Maybe make voting completely time-independent. In order to reduce inflation I would lower the HBD / Hive debt ratio (haircutting rule from 10% debt to 2-3%), and/or decrease the overall inflation rate.
