So for the past few years I've been slowly working on my own board game and I've reached a point where I can't do any more of it without paying an artist for their time, of which doesn't sit well with my current bank balance. So I'm tossing up whether I throw the rules up here and people can use them to their own ends and or create the game that I can't finish. I don't know what to do, I know that it is a fun game to play and the rules are reasonably easy to understand so it's a toss up honestly, if I ever do manage to complete it and get it on to kickstarter I could be in with a winner but you never really know these days, kickstarter has become a business model for game creators so there's quite a few titans on there that overshadow the little guys which can be a bit of a pain in the ass for small game creators.

I would love to hear from people that have created something for kickstarter and or board game enthusiasts and hear your opinions and or expertise on what I should do with the game.

I'll pop up the backstory for the game so you can get a bit of an idea of what it's about and get a feel for what it's about.

Prologue:

20th of July 1944, Claus Von Staffenburg attempts to assassinate Adolf Hitler in a meeting at his Wolf's Lair field base near Rastenberg in Eastern Prussia, this is the final and world changing event that caused Hitler to retreat underground and retrench his army for the inevitable fall of the Reich, but his army stood strong and managed to hit back and take control of the front for the first time in a long while. The nearly fatal attempt on the Nazi leaders life propelled his forces to fight harder than ever and the Nazi's pushed Russia back, sent the UK back in to the sea and contained the US. As the war raged on, Hitler remained entrenched in a hidden underground stronghold orchestrating the attacks, counter attacks and devastating tactics that destroyed Europe as we knew it. It was by August of 1956 that the Americans had finally had enough of playing nice and the nukes fell, the nukes fell everywhere, Hitler planned his own counter attack and with his V2 rocket technology fired the nukes on to American Soil... The world was obliterated, the deaths in the explosions were estimated to be in the billions and the lives lost from the poisoning that followed was even more, the lucky few that survived live a harsh and terrifying existence with the radiation poisoning and the constant attacks by raiders. The year is now 1981 a quarter of a century after the world came to a violent and devastating end, the last people on earth now battle for supplies and places they can call home, safe from raiders and the diseased.

I would really love to hear your opinions on what I should do with this game so please let me know about what you think.
