It's been a while since I've written, I used to run my website The Metalithic and I wrote so much and so often that I grew out of it. I really loved building a community on there, creating something and helping out the heavy metal community that I love so much. The trouble with it though was that I was working full time on it and even around the clock interviewing people from other countries. I really loved doing it though, for a time. But it was during a time that I wasn't working much, if at all and I had to shift my focus from my website to a real job that would make my time more worth it.
The more I worked the less I did on my website until it just petered out and the time that I wasn't working was spent out and about enjoying what time I had left after work. But now, with the invention of Steemit the time spent on writing reviews and interviewing people from the industry can be worth it and it has completely reinvigorated me and I'm really enjoying it... I feel like I'm back at it and I'm extremely keen for what could happen with Steemit in the future, I'm excited!
So thankyou Steemit for reinvigorating a grizzled old metalhead and giving him a second chance at doing the work he loves! Feels good man...
VikingHammer out!
