Shortly after I discovered Imagine Dragons (thanks to a Game of Thrones parody I featured awhile back - see below), this song became a serious ear-worm for me. A very catchy tune along with a great video (shot in Dubai) featuring some contortionists who really do make you watch repeatedly. If you aren't familiar with this great group, please take a moment to watch their video.

I love the beat, the way the lyrics grab you, the way they infuse black and white with just a bit of very appropriate color. The video is extremely well done. The bar is set.

I set the time mark to where Jared switches to this song. I listen to Jared frequently, I like his vocals, his originality with other parts and the way he loves to dance in one of the frames. This guy works incredibly hard!
Thunder Minecraft Parody (Cover) - Minecraft Marl
Despite the rather unassuming beginning to this cover, I was very impressed with the vocals on this one. The singer sounds very young, yet has done an extremely good job with the whole thing. I'll be checking this artist more in the future.

THOR Ragnaroc Song - presented by Screen Team
Vocally this isn't my favorite today, but it is what it is. It's an obvious parody to make and it's well done. If you're a fan of this movie, I think you'll like this parody as well.
Lumber (Paul Bunyan Remix) - presented by Sean McGibany
Again, the vocal quality is a bit lacking on this one, but I really enjoyed the creativity and work involved in making this parody. It's worth a listen and maybe even a "thumb's up" would make his day, I'm sure.
WTF selection of the day
Red Bull - presented by Gas Station Encounters
Not a complete parody, to be fair, but someone's attempt to name and shame thieves in his shop. (If you enjoy this one, it's worth watching some of their other videos, though they don't break out into song very often.)

Thunder (African Parody) - presented by Choctivity
This one is about "Goat Meat" - so you are hereby warned.
I chose this as my finale today because they did an excellent job mimicking the original video from the black and white with color accents to the attempts at copying the contortionists of the original. Love/loathe the lyrics, they really did put a lot of work into it and came up with a fantastic result. I really enjoyed watching this one.
