I didn't post last night because I was simply too tired and hadn't taken many Idaho pictures other than the ones I took at the Craters of the Moon. Idaho was really hazy anyway - as was much of Eastern Oregon - probably due to some fires already burning.
But the water of the mighty Columbia is impossible to resist!
First, this lovely tug boat.
Coming into The Dalles, we had this spectacular view of Mt. Hood, also known locally (by the tribes) as Wy'east.
Across the river from Lyle, Washington. I actually have a picture of the lower bridge from a few years ago when we were traveling up from Lyle.
All this - and more! - on our way to visit @goat-girlz and
@meanbees (both on Steem) in NW Oregon.
Photos taken by myself in August 2019 with my Pentax K30
(Map location for Lyle, Washington as this picture isn't in my other posts.)
