'bearish or bullish', I would say Both. It will depend on whether I am Buyer or Seller. For a buyer, one who is looking for investment, he always prefer bear market to gain from the dip.
For a seller, one who had already gained profit form his investment will look forward to Bull market to cash out his profits.
Moreover its kind of luck also, because we never know how low the dip goona be in bear market and how high will Bull market hit. So its the matter of choices and risk taking. Higher the risk, higher the rewards. 😊👍
