this is my entry for the daily #monomad challenge curated by
@monochromes.
Today at around nine in the morning my wife and I visited one of the markets in my area, which today is a big day or another term "Megang" megang itself is a tradition of the people of Aceh which is usually two days before the arrival of Eid or two days before the entry of the fasting month we held the holding day
And today is a small megang day, where around 20 cows are sold there by the local community, every sub-district certainly has a point where megang cattle are sold, and there from five in the morning to the evening there are still many people who come to buy some needs, such as buying beef, beef bones and some chicken pieces for sale,
Here are some photos I took today when I wanted to buy some beef there which as I said a lot of people came and crowded
at that place they sell all the beef together using only green rubber so it doesn't get hot,
when someone passes by or wants to buy their wares they are certainly served in a friendly manner, for today's price 1 kg of beef is one hundred and sixty thousand or the equivalent of $ 11 the price is a little expensive but this is our tradition that we must always keep from fading
as I said earlier, not only beef is sold there, but chicken is also available
and it's not complete if no one sells some vegetables and of course there are lots of people who buy them
Those are some photos that I can share for today's #monomad challenge, I hope you can enjoy some of the photos I shared, and the highlight of the holding day is that tomorrow there are around 50-70 cows that have been prepared for sale in each sub-district, I hope I can watch it again tomorrow.
