I have a short story to share.
A woman was seeking counsel from different people concerning her husband but didn't get any solution to her problem. One day she met a psychologist because things were getting out of hands,she confided in him saying she hates her husband and intend to divorce him,that she wants to hurt him in every way. The psychologist replied to her saying "i will advise you start showering your husband with so much care and compliments,when you see that you have become inseparable to him,when you think you love him devotedly,then you can start the divorce action,this will be the way out to divorce him.

After some months the woman visited the psychologist to tell the man that all is now well in her home,that she followed all the advice that he gave her.The psychologist replied very good,now is the best time to file for the divorce,The woman said "Never will i divorce my husband,i love him dearly".
Broken/failed marriages begin to be mended when one of the partners is willing to ask the lord for help,Even if you think your spouse is wrong,when God presence is with you he will also open your eyes to see your own short comings too,you will be able to know where you have failed in your home and ask God to change you.Love God the more ,let bad advise not destroy your home ,you may not be lucky to met a good person like the psychologist that advised the woman in a good way.
Stop trying to change your spouse ,let God change you.
