Today 10th June at 11am-12.30pm we held a free style sparring session in kickboxing, boxing, Muay Thai or any mix of stand up discipline. This is an ADULT ONLY sparring session. Launch session is FREE then just a fiver for 20 x 3 min sparring rounds. Open to all of our freestyle family. Doors open 10.45 for 11am start.
