It took me a little while to see the video, basically that is the problem that all video platforms have when it comes to competing with YouTube in third world countries. As the internet is very slow in countries like the one I live in, watching a video on an alternative platform like Lbry is very tedious, because it takes a long time to load, it plays slow, and even if I leave it loading and play the video again, it keeps pausing a lot. Perhaps in the future these alternatives could seriously compete with YouTube in these countries, but now it is practically impossible.

Now, the experiment seems interesting to me, although I don't know if an AI can create art, and it is because, on the one hand, it is possible that a more sophisticated AI can, now or in the future, create beautiful images, and that is a point, but the reason why it create these images, it is, in a sense, by chance. AI could create beautiful images, imitating other previously selected beautiful images, but by itself it could never recognize beauty, AI cannot know what is beautiful or not, AI will never be an artist, its behavior is merely mechanistic in the same way that less complex and less sophisticated devices are such as a fan, for example, which is entirely devoid of substance which can be classified as this or that. This is clearly seen when we ask ourselves about the purpose of the AI to act in that way. Isn't art a form of expression too? But the AI cannot do that, it is not a subject, and it does not express anything with its images. There is no purpose behind creating that image beyond following a function. That is the difference there is and probably always will be between a human, made of flesh, and a computer.

It's like, imagine an AI writing texts. In theory, the AI could write such illustrious texts that everyone would think they were made by a human, but that would only be an appearance, because the AI would never be able to understand the same text that it wrote, an AI can write the word car, mountain or beauty, but the AI will never know what is truly a car, a mountain, or beauty, for the AI it will only be words, a code. If during all this conversation that we have had, you were the only human, and I was an AI, I could fool you into thinking that I am a human, and you could say that, for practical purposes, there is no difference between a human and a computer, but that would not be true, the AI can only appear to be a human, it can appear to be intelligent, it can appear to know what beauty is, and appear to be many other things, but no matter how it appears and fools anyone, it will never be what it appears to be. Being and appear are not the same, they are probably opposites. So while AI might appear to be making art, or writing, or it might even appear to have a will and makes decisions, it will never be either of those things. The human is fundamentally different from a machine, and that is seen precisely in subjects like this, such as making art.
