Actually no. I suppose, from what I read on the internet, that organizations similar to the cartel, or even the cartel itself, taking over the avocado business in Mexico, which can only happen because people finance these organizations by giving them their money. Perhaps this is oversimplifying it, I don't know, in the same way, it is not only with drugs in reality, criminality exists in countries because people finance these people in one way or another and end up supporting their own attackers.

It is like in countries with high rates of theft, where people steal things just because after stealing them they find people willing to buy them, and usually those who buy these things are the same local population, which through this procedure directly finances the same people that hurt them.

Criminality is a social disease, which is not only about the perpetrators, but about the entire apparatus that makes them there. It is usually more complex than simply pointing fingers at a person.
