Now, you could say, and might say, and probably intend to say (this specific) "A" represents the "same" concept and or object that this (other specific) "A" represents.

But even saying that is quite precarious.

The concept and or object that "A" purports to represent is most likely not perceived identically between observers.

Right, but the concept that the two "A" represents in a single observer is the same. All observers could agree that although what "A" represents for each of them is different, "A=A" for themselves.

What you say is a perfect refutation of the way I express my message, namely, saying "A=A", although not the message itself, I could also have said that something is equal to itself, and then we would not have this problem.
