STEEM we all love it, we all use it. I'll list a few reasons why STEEM is the superior crypto platform.
5. Steem is FAST:
Steem as we all know is fast. Transfers take only fractions of seconds. It's not like bitcoin where you wait, and wait, and wait. AND still not even one confirmation! Jeez. Thank God, we have a platform with some actual real world utility behind it.
4. Steem is PUBLIC:
Although, most cryptocurrencies have a 'Block Explorer', which are tricky and a tad annoying, might I add. Steem on the other hand has a wallet tab built right onto steemit itself. Any steem user can fully and easily view the account balance, full transaction history, and STEEM POWER another user has by simply searching their user name!
3. Steem is SECURE:
Even with the recent 'Whitehat' (A Ethical Hacker) attack on several careless steemit users, steem as a whole is still secure. It would be extremely difficult if not impossible to 'Brute Force' (basically automated guessing of passwords) anyone's account. And since the steemit website is built on-top of the block chain. It makes it that much more difficult. To my knowledge now blockchain has ever been 'Hacked'.
2. Steem offers VERSATILITY:
Steem offers a great deal of Versatility, with the type of websites that can be built on-top of the blockchain protocol. The website I'm posting this on, 'Steemit', Allows for users and bloggers to make some extra income simply by creating a quality blog post but, it also offers incentives to users who 'Curate' posts of other Steemians. Rumor has it that there is a forum style website coming about in the near future.
1. Steem makes blockchain FUN:
We all know how boring hearing all of that technical 'Mumbo-Jumbo' about other blockchain projects can be but, with steem, it's not about that. It's about creating a thriving community which is self sustaining, and actually rewards it's users who post quality content. Some other projects need to take note of this. And maybe, just maybe. They could share in some of the success that we have.
