As a graduate, or an undergraduate, we should
Know that attempting an interview and coming out successful requires some measures of diligence, sacrifice, perseverance and humility.....
It requires that you apply wisdom...... I will like to share some story with us....
Some set of graduates where selected for an interview..... Now on getting to the interview venue, they directed them to a room And in that room they saw a Plasma TV, a book shelf and empty seats....
Some applicants started gisting... While some started watching the TV....while few were reading books they had selected from the shelf.....
Unknown to them, they were been monitored victors the CCTV camera..... And that was how the panel appeared and selected the people that were reading..... And the other ones lost the job.....
Morals: when going out for an interview be mindful and conscious of your environment.....
I will like to share another story...... It was the same case of an interview and some people were selected for the interview.... All of them were graduates...... On the day of the interview, the MD of the company disguised himself and appeared in form of a gateman.... He was at the gate that day..... Now some of the applicants rushed in and never regarded him..... Since he was the gateman.... They didn't even greet..... While some greeted in a sausy manner. ...some greeted him politely....... When it was time for the interview proper..... The panel was set..... And when they stepped in..... The head of the panel which was the gateman (in disguise) said he was going to announce the result...... Now most of them that treated the gateman in a negative manner started leaving the interview venue......
Morals: when going for an interview, your character really matters....
Now looking at this two stories, you will agree with me that each of this applicants must have met the educational qualifications and more..... But the companies involved were not actually looking for only that......they needed more..... So friends this is a short piece of information that is meant to better your life if you fall under this category......
