El pasado viernes 7 de junio, en el parque Las Ballenas, estuve realizando el Challenge de SWC.
Este reto me pareció muy interesante, ya que práctico en mi mayoría, fuerza y resistencia, un reto bastante completo y muy desafiante, el cual lo realicé en un tiempo de 01:28 segundos, espero y se sigan realizando muchos más retos a través del tiempo, agradecido con @joscar-sw qué me estuvo ayudando con el post y la edición del vídeo
Last Friday, June 7, at Las Ballenas Park, I was doing the SWC Challenge. I found this challenge very interesting, since it was mostly practical, strength and endurance, a quite complete and very challenging challenge, which I completed in a time of 01:28 seconds, I hope many more challenges will continue to be carried out throughout the time, grateful to @joscar-sw who was helping me with the post and editing the video
