I'm planning to visit Jerusalem tomorrow for a half day walk with my dear friend, who came with tho weeks long visit to my country from US. During her previous visit, we traveled here and there but, never went together to Jerusalem. So, it will be historical for us walk. She is also photographer, documentary, street shooter and a book published artist.
I haven't been there for a long time, so i'm very exited about. Will take two film cameras with me - the pocket one for street and this Fuji GA645 for only portraits. I think it will be my first time to go there without any kind of digital camera. You know, taking images on film can be very risky. I can stay without any image, i don't talk even about good image. There are many problems that can happen with film. Bad storage condition of the film itself, bad exhausted developer, mistakes during the film developing process and may others.
Sure, i'm trying to be maximally concentrated when i work with film. One of the important things especially for the medium format film is the proper marking of the exposed film - the camera, the speed - box ISO or pushed/pulled.
So the point and shoot will be my recently mainly using for everyday photography Yashica T2, "armed" with the Carl Zeiss Tessar 3.5/35mm T* lens. It will serve me for the street photography, people, places. And with the medium format Fuji GA645 i would like to finish already loaded and almost coming to an end medium format roll of the 16 frames. I think that i have remained 2-3 no more.
So these my plans for tomorrow, but lets see. I hope that the weather will be ok for the easy walk.
