For the past two weeks there has been protest springing up from different corners of my country..... And we are protesting for the termination of a security agency that have seems to misuse the power given to them... And the name of that agency is Sars(special anti robbery squad
This agency was created to curb the immense amount of frausdteers and robbers on my country...... It was all going good When they first started, but it then got to a point that their mischievous feelings got the best of them and they just started suspecting anyone they see, litterally anyone who dress well, anyone carrying dreads, anyone using an iPhone, anyone who is young and drives a car..... Is a suspect..... And they first of all ask for bribe from who ever they stop on the road, and if the person doesn't comply they either seize something from the person, or even kill the person right there, or.... They carry the person to their station where they either silence the person there or they call the loved one of the person or family member and tell them to bring huge sum of money for bail......
As it turned it out ..... It got to a point they were even beginning to kill people right from the check points or they fire shots to scare people and their stray hits someone. Their stray bullets has hit a lot of people, even normal school children..... A girl was just in the public transport and the bullet came to meet her and killed her there.....
So this year a few of our celebrities decided to start a protest against them to end sars and that sprang up a lot of other protest in the country..... And the Nigerian got seeing the commitment of the Nigerians youths to the protest.... Decided to change the name of the squad from sars to SWAT馃槀 and started a curfew so no one would be able to protest anymore
..... Funny right.
Its the same agency disguised in another name.... With the same people killing humans in it
On the 20 of October...... A location in Lagos called the lekki toll gate was been occupied by protesters and during the day some hoodlums wearing army uniforms (believed to be hoodlums) cleverly removed all cctv in the area and turned off all light and later that night when people were protesting they just opened fire on anyone they saw and after the shooting the lights and electricity around the areas were restored... ... A lot of life's were lost that night..... And that was enforce called black Tuesday cause a lot of blood flowed right there at the toll gate
