You were right about this but one thing is this, if you wrote a post about health and the contents within that article cut across some financial aspects of health like cost of drugs or cost of operations etc, then leofinance tag can come in.
I for example do write about my farm and after discussing about my activities their, if I discuss some financial aspects of my farm produce, then I can use leofinance tag, but if I didn't talk about anything relating to money, then it'll be an abuse to use it.
