I believe when we have a society where hardship and poverty rate reduces to the minimal, then the world would be a safer place with less crime.
Why? Because almost everyone knows what would follow their criminal actions, but still go ahead, because they know the system is broken, cause they want to survive, also cause they want to get a revenge out of anger for things done to them or their loved ones.
