Hello, @lukakorba! Thank you so much for your honest opinion. The poem actually had that exact message: Debt is our choice, and illness, despite being a deep topic, is somehow related to it. I see it on a daily basis with my relatives, specially with the elders.

About the translation of this poem, I did it myself; as any of the poem I've published on my mother tongue (Spanish), it took me some time to find a little order on it and research on the dictionary and Google Translate which word could be the most adequate to fit on it; I understand that some words on English are used on different context, so if you found something out of context, please let me know.
