This rain is beyond ridiculous. It feels like I live in a Rain Forrest or Seattle. LOL. I usually have my garden in 2 weeks before labor day. Oh not this year. It will stop raining for a day, then rain for 3 more days. Just look at this shit.

I don't feel bad. Even the farmers haven't got a chance to get in the fields yet. the corn should be around 6 inches tall right now. They haven't even turned the ground yet. This is the field across from me. He tried getting in there yesterday and got stuck about 3ft into the field.
Needless to say, food prices are going to skyrocket this year. Between all the heads of cattle that have drowned in the floods out West. To trying to feed the animals but no grain has been planted. It's going to get interesting this summer. Grow some of your own food if you can and save some cash.
