That day, my friends and I went on a wonderful hike to the "Eagle's Eye" observation platform.
We were in the village of Yagodina, in the Western Rhodope Mountains. Although locals offer jeep rides to the platform, my friends and I preferred to hike there on foot.
We started from Hotel Mursal, located in the southwestern part of the village.
We walked across a meadow carpeted with enchanting autumn crocuses.
As we climbed along the marked trail, beautiful panoramic views unfolded around us.
We reached the platform after an hour. The view from the top was stunning, and we spent some time simply enjoying it.
Later that day, we watched the sunset from the village of Borino.
