I've always found it easier to believe in someone else's potential than my own. We call other people's dreams inspiring, but when we dream big, we suddenly become realistic. Maybe that's why I want to be a little delusional about my potential—not by ignoring reality, but by believing I can become someone I've never been before.

Growing Into Someone I Haven't Met Yet

Growing up reminds me of gardening. When you plant a seed, you don't immediately see a flower. You water it, give it sunlight, and trust the process. Yet, we often get frustrated with ourselves for growing slowly, forgetting that everyone has different soil and different seasons.

Maybe growth isn't always visible. Sometimes, all we can do is keep showing up and trust that something is happening beneath the surface.

I want to dream bigger, try unfamiliar things, and ask myself, "Why not me?" Not because success is guaranteed, but because I deserve the chance to discover what I'm capable of.

Dreams need more than hope; they need effort, patience, and discipline. I want to be delusional enough to imagine a beautiful garden, but realistic enough to get my hands dirty.

If something doesn't grow, I'll plant another seed. If I need more time, I'll give myself another season.

After all, every garden begins with the belief that something beautiful can grow.
