We are already in december and it's time to do the "best nine" of this year on Instagram.
I joined this social on march for curiosity, many artists said to me it has more interactions and visibility than Facebook. I posted some old drawings at the beginning, then the new one I did in these months and some panels from my comic for a total of 156 posts untill today.
The drawings that got more likes were the ones I made for inktober, the annual art challenge of october. I espected some illustations of my characters to be there.
What can I say about Instagram? Well, the people who give me the advice to subscribe were right, posts get more views and likes than Facebook. It's a platform to share pictures, so drawings and photos get more attention and space.
Even with few followers than my FB page I get more likes, people see more my content.
What I don't like of Instragram is that people sometimes follow me just to get a follow back and defollow me the day after. I also found difficult promoting my comic because people don't read description and I can insert the link of it only in my bio. I will figure out a way to promote Saiwalo better.

Siamo già a dicembre ed è tempo di fare il best nine di quest'anno su Instagram.
Mi sono iscritta a marzo di quest'anno per curiosità, molti artisti me ne hanno parlato bene elogiando la maggiore visibilità e l'interazione ai post. All'inizio ho condiviso disegni vecchi e mano a mano quelli che ho realizzato durante questi mesi, oltre ad alcune vignette tratte dal mio fumetto per un totale di 156 post fino ad oggi.
I disegni che hanno avuto più like sono stati quelli realizzati per l'inktober, la sfida annuale che si tiene ad ottobre.
Cosa posso dire di Instagram? Beh, chi me l'ha consigliato aveva ragione. Anche con meno seguito rispetto alla mia pagina Facebook, i miei disegni ottengono più 'mi piace'. Dato che è una piattaforma basata per condividere immagini, disegni e foto hanno maggiore spazio e attenzione lì.
Quello che non mi piace è chi mi segue sperando di essere ricambiato e smette di seguirmi il giorno dopo. Trovo anche difficile promuovere il mio fumetto, la gente non legge le descrizioni e l'unico link funzionante di rimando è nella bio. Troverò un modo per promuovermi meglio.
