we caught 6 fishes and Ahmed the Captain of the boat cleaned them all the right way. Do not worry no humans were harmed during the eating of this lovely fish
The average weight of these fishes was around 2 to 3 KG uncleaned.
They have been eaten and trust me they were lovely. the secret is within the way the captain cuts from the back of the neck without going in very deep. Then as you can see he breaks the neck taking it away along with the liver and skin which all the poison is.
