I know...this was so unexpected that I even surprised myself. This image is from a set taken way back in the fall of 2017. @kommienezuspadt wanted to compare the quality of the iPhone’s portrait mode to his Nikon. He was satisfied with the results. Personally, I prefer the Nikon but for relaxed photography the iPhone is capable. Now, do I remember which phone it was? No. Was this particular photo taken with the Nikon or iPhone? Hmm... I’m not too sure. He edited maybe three photos from this shoot and left the rest to me. I feel guilty knowing that it took me two years until I seriously considered looking through this shoot but I did it. I forgot how fun editing could be. My interest in photography frequently rises and falls. (I have too many interests!) Right now it’s regaining momentum, along with my desire to sketch. (Again, too many hobbies.) There are projects that I’m working on and will finally get to once my routine gets back to normal. I feel like I’m being pulled in all directions by friends and family members so I apologize to anyone who’s waiting on me. I haven’t forgotten.
This morning, I got to thinking about what I’ve got on my bucket list. Just a random thought. Instead of answering my own question, I was more curious about @kommienezuspadt’s. He pretty much has almost everything on his list crossed off. That’s kinda of cool considering how many of us can’t stand leaving the house. Now I’m determined to work harder to fulfill these dreams.
