Ok, never disputed the very real issue impacting poorer countries. It's a travesty and the more we can do in developed countries to stem Covid the better for those poorer countries.
I read your posts... many of the links in your posts play into a bias, you pick and choose and then lead.
Your assertations from (How the CDC deceived the world on Coronavirus death counts.)
1.) The government opened the door to make labelling Coronavirus deaths easy.
2.) The government offered a financial incentive to doctors to use the Coronavirus death label.
3.) Doctors had a motive to do so because they were losing money with a lack of patients.
The following articles would be something to point to on that topic.
4.) PCR tests gave labs and doctors the perfect way to get to a positive result using an independent instrument, as no matter how little or non-present ACTUAL Sars-2 genetic material there was in a patient, with enough cycles, one could get to a case.
You sort of have this correct. The Ct(cycle threshold) values give you the indication of virus genetic material present. The lower the number the more readily found it is. Conversely, a higher Ct means the amount of genetic material is significantly less. Values between 35 and 45 are common and typically mean that if you have anything above those values the test may be inconclusive. Depending on the jurisdiction, negative cutoff values (30-35 being the recommendation) will vary, as will the collection methodology and the assay being used. If there is no virus present you won't get anything regardless of how many cycles you run.
And the support
Claim that high PCR test sensitivity inflates COVID-19 cases wrongly conflates the issue of contagiousness with the presence of infection
