Haven't seen or heard of anyone being given the vaccine in the middle of the night while they slept...without their knowledge or consent. I also submit that intent of the vaccines is for the good of the public. The majority of the population has voluntarily sought out the vaccine and received it after being educated and informed of the risks (typical of any vaccine).

The Nuremberg Code has no bearing or application in this sense.
