Whiskey's and bourbons

I just ran into this group by a post of my friend @bozz , didn't knew it existed. While I am not a very big Whiskey expert, I do love to drink one from time to time. Since we have the bar in our garden I am trying to collect some bottles, just for tasting and collection.
I try to expand every now and then, but have to be carefull with the misses... Otherwise she will be collecting shoes soon :)

When my brother and I were watching F1 the other day we tried this Bowmore, it's a Islay Single malt. We tried the 12 years aged one.

The taste is good, very good. It has a neutral yet tastefull drink and , not smokey, not special character but smooth..
It's not the most heavy Whiskey, 40%. but you do feel it trough your throat.
