Its indeed a modern building. I think a lot of architects dont think about maintenance afterwards. This particular building is part ot three the same on the same site. Acompanied by several older buildings. The build these to expand the workingspace. Funny thing is that my wife works at a glassinsurance company, and she often tells me what the damage costs at glass and windows like these... unbelievable....so expensive
