In 2016 we went to the United States of America, and just watching an episode Ray Donovan reminded me of a motel we stayed in. The motel was in Sarasota Florida. When we arrived at the motel I got a real Ray Donovan feeling because it was the kind of motel his father (in the serie) lived in.. For me ultimate because that whas THE American vibe :)

I often think back to that trip, it was something we already wanted for a long time. And finally we went.
We have visited many places including Sarasota.
Sarasota is a mid-sized town with a lovely beach. After we put our suitcases in the motel we went to the beach.
Driving in the states is very different in compare to Holland. The roads are way bigger than at our country. Except for the Florida Key's there is only one road through the whole key's and for the most it are bridges.
I may share some experiences from that trip, I did it in my first months on Steemit. But I havent shared the most I think :) It was (for us) a once in a lifetime experience, although we are thinking of going again...
