This week I had to visit two offices of the organisation I work for. I was a bit fed up with the radio stations, playin g a lot of the same.. So I looked for a 90's playlist on spotify, and I have to admit.... There was a lot of great music back then, it gave me a bit of reliving my youth :)

Toto, a band which was formed by a 'couple' of session musicians... Africa is still a great song with a great arrangement. I've seen them live once this was in the Heineken Music Hall in amsterdam. I was a poor concert, they where more busy with playing individual solo's than really making music.... But the old Toto, they are gold..
Aha, with take on me... I remember the clip of the song being a very innovative technique, it was just awesome to see...
Although it's a bit sweet song, it's really catchy and was a massive hit in the Netherlands.

Have a little Faith in me, By John Hiatt... A song just beautiful by it's simplicity and beauty.... His voice doesn't fit his appearance doest it :) I've played the song with one of my former bands, it was the only song our guitarist sang :) Bit he did a great job.

although it is early 80's in stead of nineties, this was in the nineties a big hit in the netherlands... The live album of Supertramp was double platinum.... I listened to it very often. I especially like the acoustic 12 string sound....

Culture Club was really one of the trendsetting bands in the late 80's early nineties.... I never have seen them live, whish I had. We did joined the livestream in january. It was awesome, still sounding great. Boy George was great at voice, even after everything he gone trough...

Late 80's again.... But such a great song and greart energy. I have seen Michael Jackson live two times.... Will never forget it, not that I am a real big fan, but you must admit....he is the king of pop......
