Finally. After years of being unable to do so because of corporate legal reasons (registered as a specific entity with the S.E.C. and IRS.)
Only "Accredited Investors" could purchase shares before. (Which is still the case with SEG Magnetics, Inc.)
But we could not solicit the sale of those shares before. And since we have recently reformatted the company (As a 506c) and also established "SEG Society" (a separate "Private Society" registered in an Asian Country).
It allows us to pursue the avenues of crowd-funding opportunities and accept "Membership" fees.

Good things to come soon! Let's get over this final financial hurdle to complete the work for the P.O.C. (Proof of Concept) regarding "Electron Emissions".
There are 3 levels (units) of membership. $100, $1500 and $15,000
If someone contributes less than $100, they can make multiple smaller installments until the $100 mark has been reached and a basic membership has been achieved.
Every 15 basic memberships will allow for the purchase of one "crowdsourced" share (which costs $1500) to be purchased by the SEG Society itself... which can bypass the Accredited Investor barrier.
Only accredited investors can purchase shares in SEG Magnetics, Inc.
But the company can put the membership fees from the Private Society towards the purchase of shares.
I started a crypto currency wallet to accept BitCoin also to expand the ability for people to purchase memberships and contribute. (But people would have to manually send an email to us notifying who they were, when they sent the payment and how much they sent.)
We need an automated system that could send a confirmation email and thank you. Then to also code something to automatically put their name on the list of contributing members.
But for now we manually enter it.
Been doing an incredible amount of work in the lab and machine shop for the past year or so.
Professor Searl visits the lab at least once a week to over-see the project. Fernando Morris and I have built a massive distribution system for the unique (and essential) magnetizing process. We've acquired an atmospheric furnace to make our own rare-earth element parts (albeit, the company sent the wrong size furnace..) but we've been learning how the materials react.
We are now entering into the exciting stage of imprinting unique waveforms!
Lots going on and a lot more experimenting to do!
