Maybe a really fancy DAO could pull it off, but then it would be considered money laundering. Dark Pools defeat the power and purpose of the blockchain's record keeping, seems counterproductive. These pools may work well in the pre-crypto world. Where basically no one keeps track of cash transactions for everybody. Crypto transactions are all recorded, and trust is less important in a world where you can verify that this pool does what it says. So, I think, I believe these exist in crypto to about.... 30%.
