Barcelona give condition for Arsenal to sign Coutinho. The condition will see Arsenal paying region of 25-30 million euros to Barcelona to loan the player to Arsenal. This fund if paid by Arsenal will help Barcelona recover the annual amortization of Coutinho's signing, which Barcelona owe Coutinho former club Liverpool.
My concern here is, why should Arsenal pay such huge amount of money to loan a player that is not wanted by his parent club, and what assurance does Arsenal have that Coutinho will not flop at Arsenal.
