Former Arunachal Pradesh CM Nabam Tuki booked by CBI in connection with corruption charges

Nabam Tuki, former Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister and Congress leader, has been booked by the Central Bureau of Investigation over nepotism and corruption charges. Tuki has been booked in a case related to a contract for the construction of a Kendriya Vidyalaya school boundary in the Salt Lake area of Kolkata. Tuki has been accused of awarding the tender to firms controlled by his family members as the PWD minister in 2005-06.
