You cannot compare a game from the gaming industry to what the play 2 earn industry is, which is rather the one that seeks to enter the industry. If under that logic you see the entire gaming industry if the game doesn't pay you back for the money you spend on it, then isn't it worth it? I think that real gamers and the industry, in general, buy a game for $60 through Steam or for the Nintendo Switch or PS5 expecting to be rewarded with a rewarding gaming experience, not an economic benefit that if anything we go to the industry play 2 earns or the games with these economic models have several failures, problems, and difficulties to grow for the simple fact of subjecting the "experience of playing" to the "money" that very few earn because few understand the financial market. They are two completely different worlds.

Marvel SNAP is a TCG like many others in the industry and not liking it is understandable. I don't think any Yu Gi Oh player at the time when the anime aired played these for financial gain.

When things like money come before the gaming experience, it becomes an interactive Defi and not a game. The gaming industry offers you many ways to win without having to invest your money. It offers unparalleled experiences where the creators of the industry focus their efforts on much more important aspects. I think that saying that companies "exploit" us is a bit extreme, right? Let's see; I recently bought a Nintendo 3DS and I'm running a remastered version of Zelda Ocarina Of Time in 3D, and boy am I fascinated, I think it's one of the best expenses I've ever made. Is Nintendo exploiting me? I think the experience is nothing compared to what the play-to-earn industry has to offer. I also have a lot of money in Splinterlands, I love Splinterlands, and I owe a lot to Splinterlands, I always comment on it, but let's see, let's be honest, they are two extremely different experiences and systems. If you really like TCGs I think Marvel Snap is for you, there are a lot of my community, Splinterlands players, playing Marvel Snap.
