I believe that by having the vote of @Richardcrill tied to his account, and with him possessing such a high vote, you could try to make a few more elaborate posts to assert the size of the vote received.

There are several people who would like to have their opportunity, enjoy it and at the same time bring us content to the level of your reward.

Do not take this as a criticism and yes as a constructive statement, I myself have already voted in other publications and I want to continue voting, but it would be more interested in reading them if they were a little more worked.
