Even with all of the NEO FUD lately, the crypto has still managed to overcome Cardano (ADA) and reclaim it's #6 spot on Coin Market Cap. I've had a few friends that have written to me asking when they should get into NEO and if it's too late. Well, it seems like this is the lowest it's been for the past month. Should you pick some up?
