It Rain too much here in Aba Abia State of Nigeria and I waa feeling cold.
So i remember what my Grandma use to do whenever she feels cold. She will Cook a simple food with small money.
Grandma may your soul rest in peace, i still remember those DAYS YOU ARE HERE WITH US, THE VACUUM REMAIN EVERGREEN
Guys as i was saying.....the cold was too much for me so I went Market with 2 Dollar ( i e 3 thousand Naira) i bought
Maggie Knon 200 Naira
Pepper 200 Naira
Salt 100 Naira
Red Oil 200 Naira (this soup don't need too much Oil)
Fish 1000 Naira
Okro 500 Naira
Ordinary Vegetable 400 Naira
Totally 2600 Naira (is not up to 2 Dolla)
METHOD OF PREPARATION
I add 2 cup of water inside the pot for boiling and after 5 minutes i add pepper, dry fish, salt, Maggie and i cover my pot for some 2-3 minutes.
After 3 minutes I add the Okro and my vegetable together because I want it to boiled at ONCE.
(PLEASE don't mind the color, the cooking was in the night.)
Guys don't forget that it will not boiled too much so that it will be Green and succulent.
Don't mind the color of my own because I cook it late at around 8:00p.m
After cooking I dishes 2 plate for me to LICK THE SOUP and it was taste. Very good and delicious. It was also remedy to my COLD TIME AND THE MAGIC WAS THERE BECAUSE AFTER LICK THE SOUP I DOSE OFF.. i don't even remember when I sleep at the same place I was LICKING THE SOUP. i.e why I missed to react immediately after cooking.
