Why do I play PUBG?

What is PUBG?

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is a multiplayer online battle royale video --- blah blah. It is like the Hunger Games but as a video game where you win as the last man standing. Drop off a plane and look for guns, armors, and people to kill.

PUBG is now holding the no. 1 spot on Steam as the most concurrent users. How come the game reached that milestone already given that it's still an Early Access game. Is it because of the hype? or maybe IT'S JUST THAT FUN?!

These are the reasons why I play PUBG :

• It's a free to play game - Yes, you just need to buy the game and you don't have to waste any more money EXCEPT to dress up your character, " that's it, if you really want it to " as it cost much more than the game itself. X)

• Battle Royale - A game where you need to be skilled, tactical, to be able to strategize and just a little bit of luck. It stimulates your brain to think and come up with strategies and ways on how to win the game.

• It is set on a post-apocalyptic time - The time set on the game is where like a war just ended, abandoned houses, ruins, churches, and rusty vehicles. There are no modern weapons and vehicles that are mounted with guns. No overpowered stuff.

• Multiplayer - Sometimes being to survive alone is boring, bring some friends and survive together! With a maximum of 4 players in a squad, the game experience change drastically as you need to share your loot together, come up with a strategy together, and surviving gets harder. You'll be also facing with other groups who shares the same goal as you and will do anything just for them to achieve their goal. Survive.

• It helps me as a person - The discipline and patience I had developed more on this game helped me to decide carefully and think things thoroughly before acting or doing them. This may not go for everyone, but hey. If it helps you to be good then it is good.

• LASTLY : The game itself is just pure fun - The adrenaline the games gives you every time you jump out from the airplane and to start looting and killing other players makes you go like "DAMN!" especially when you grab that winner winner chicken dinner yeap, you heard that right. Chicken for dinner. That's what it says when you won the game.

For an early access game PUBG is doing great, they already achieved some things that fully released games and popular games haven't achieved yet. Although, the game obviously have their bugs, glitches, hackers and server downs. They are quick on their feet to fix things that needs fixing, and banning those who need the bans.

The game will be releasing more updates and new content soon. The game itself right now is really fun. New stuff would bring more joy to the people who are already playing it as new gameplay and gamestyles will be developed just to achieve grab those kills and earn that chicken dinner!
