Step 1:
Go to https://www.myetherwallet.com (double check the spelling to make sure its not a phishing website)
Step 2:
Click on "Use your hardware wallet" under "Already have a wallet somewhere?"
Step 3:
Connect your ledger nano S. Select ETH app and make sure the "Browser Support" setting inside nano's ETH app is set on "Yes"
Step 4:
Select "Ledger Wallet" on the left and then "Connect to Ledger Wallet" on the right side.
Step 5:
For "Select HD Derivation Path" select "Ledger ETH" . Select you address (usually the 1st one). Click on "Unlock Your Wallet".
