Should DTube network provide a java library?

Should there be a DTube java library for developers? It would make implementing DTube into their apps easier. Operations such as get video meta (description, title, IPFS video hashes) and others such as video playback. (bytestream or raw bytes) that can be displayed through a video player by design of a potential developer

First time using dpoll had to find a reason to use it. Any other comments abouts DTube network are greatly appreciated.
